Half Year evaluation Information

Schedule a private evaluation with us before December 1st!

Athletes must be 4+ years of age.

Uniform sizing will be completed at your evaluation.

There is a $25 CASH ONLY evaluation fee due at the time of evaluation.

2. Create a Parent Portal
3. Email us to schedule a Private Evaluation prior to 12/1
