Our Tiny Exhibition team is designed for athletes ages 3–4. This is where our youngest athletes begin learning the foundations of cheerleading. Most importantly, this program creates a fun and positive first experience in cheerleading where our youngest athletes can discover just how fun the sport can be.
Athletes perform a 1 minute and 30 second routine, where they are introduced to motions, jumps, and beginner-level stunting. At this level, we focus on teaching athletes structure, listening skills, and how to follow directions in a team setting.
And we can promise you — you won’t see a cuter routine than that of our Tiny Exhibition team!
Our Tiny & Mini Evaluation and Novice teams are where we teach our young athletes the fundamentals of All Star cheerleading. This is where athletes ages 4–7 truly begin their cheer careers with us.
At this level, we focus on creating a fun, supportive, and positive learning environment where athletes can start building their skills, confidence, and love for the sport.
This program serves as the first step in the NJP growth pathway, helping our young athletes develop strong fundamentals as they begin their cheerleading journey.
Our All Star Prep teams are treated just like our Elite teams.
Prep teams are an important part of our NJP growth pathway. These teams are designed to help athletes level up, develop new skills, and gain experience at the next level in preparation for transitioning into our Elite program the following season.
This structure allows athletes to build confidence, strengthen fundamentals, and continue progressing within the NJP program as they work toward competing at the Elite level.
Our All Star Elite program is tailored to the athletes who participate in our annual tryouts each season. Elite teams are created based on the skills athletes demonstrate during the tryout process.
Teams are structured with the All Star cheerleading competitive standards in mind, ensuring that each team is built to be both developmentally appropriate and competitive.
Athletes are encouraged to grow within our program and master each level, as this progression allows our teams to remain strong and competitive while continuing to develop well-rounded athletes. Our Elite program requires a strong commitment from our athletes and families.
Full Year Team Evaluations are conducted in May. The Full Year Season runs from June through April/May (depending on team).
